In order to promote EMI education and a bilingual campus at ISU and to align with the government's bilingual policy, the Bilingual Education and EMI Center was inaugurated in April 2021. The Center is responsible for leading and mobilizing the entire university to participate in the promotion of a bilingual campus. The Center also pools English learning resources across ISU and coordinates the efforts of various units in planning and organizing activities to improve English proficiency.
